Generations of the Rolland family have grown grapes at there vineyard in Maillet, on Pomerol’s great terroirs, in the mythical Saint-Emilion appellation.
Tasting Notes:
A dense and juicy medium bodied red with a silky smooth plum and berry character, round tannins and a fresh finish.

75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc

Perfect with all types of classic meat dishes, duck or game terrine with some quince jelly, Comté or similarly mild, slightly sweet cheese. Rich, tomato-based pizza and pasta dishes, such as a pizza napolitana, or lasagne, spicy Asian dishes like rogan josh, or Chinese or Korean hotpots
