Where the estate enjoys optimal climate with the unique Mistral wind and very hot and dry summers, ideal terroir and perfect growing conditions.
Tasting Notes:
This pale gold coloured wine is brilliant and crystalline. Elegant, william pear, apricot and hawthorn on the nose, followed by hints of aniseed. A pure aromatic expression, an intense minerality and the presence of a subtle roundness.
