Our sturgeon meat is high in Omega-3s, boneless, mild tasting with a fine but firm texture. We hot smoke the sturgeon fillets traditionally with oak chips to intensify its natural flavours.

Storage: Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within four days after opening the sealed pack. Consume before the sell by date.
Product may be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost before eating.
