Our South Pacific Ocean Trout are farmed of the chilly waters around New Zealand.

The fillets are cold smoked using a blend of three different wood chips to create an intense and aromatic flavour.

With its deep red colour, pure clean flavour and luscious flakes it makes for a great alternative to smoked salmon.
