Our salmon fillets are steeped in this classic Italian aperitif that is infused with orange zest, mint and juniper berries, bringing out the natural sweetness of the salmon fillets.
It is then dried and cured before being gently cold smoked using three different wood chips to create a fresh rich smoky taste with hints of orange.
