Smoked Alpine White Trout - whole side

Smaller than its cousin the Rainbow trout the White trout (Cynoscion arenarius) thrives in the freezing waters of high alpine lakes, and can be distinguished by its characteristic creamy white coloured flesh that flakes easily and has a more subtle taste compared to other trouts.

Average size per side: 800-1kg

Storage: Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within four days after opening the sealed pack. Consume before the sell by date.
Product may be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost before eating.
