This small boutique winery situated on eight hectares of vines is bringing the wines of North Piedmont back into the limelight by maintaining a full respect of the district’s traditions and the knowledge and methods of times gone by.
This winery continues the centuries old tradition of vinification and fermenting in broad and shallow completely open wooden tanks and then maturing the wine in barrels and casks.
