Our British lamb live there lives wandering the highlands and grasslands of England, Wales and Scotland and feed on the succulent verdant natural wild grasses, this gives our lamb the unique flavour that top chefs and gourmands desire.

Some people describe the flavour as “gamey,” but we prefer using words like grassy, well-balanced, robust or pastoral.

Our lamb is MSA graded, HGP free and 100% grass fed and never exposed to hormones, GMOs or antibiotics.
