Fresh wild caught John Dory

John Dory is often considered one of the ugliest fish in the world. Recognisable by its 10 spines that run the length of the top of its body and its signature ‘thumbprint” marking on each side. 

Found in the North Atlantic as well as cooler parts of the South Pacific, most commonly landed in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
