We take our freshest whole side of Scottish salmon is dry cure it with our very own rubbing mixture consisting of only "Popes" salt, sugar and dill in accordance with traditional Scandinavian curing methods.

Creating a fresh delicate flavour, that is usually served as an appetizer or the perfect centre piece for any party.

 

Average size per side is 1.6Kg

 

Storage: Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within four days after opening the sealed pack. Consume before the sell by date. 

Product may be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost before eating.

Caution: Although care has been taken to remove all bones, some small ones may remain.
