We take our premium Scottish salmon and marinate it in our very own BBQ sauce, that is sweet, sticky and slightly spicy. Once the sauce has worked its magic we then hot smoke the salmon to create a mouth watering delight for the taste buds.

Our premium Atlantic salmon are sustainably raised off the coast of Scotland. The frigid waters produce salmon that are strong and high in fat content. The higher-fat content leads to a mild and buttery texture.

 

Average size per side is 1.6Kg

 

Storage: Ready to eat. Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within four days after opening the sealed pack. Consume before the sell by date.
Product may be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost before eating.

Caution: Although care has been taken to remove all bones, some small ones may remain.
