Cantina del Pino is a small family- managed winery with all its vineyards located in the Barbaresco appellation. The family is totally involved in the viticulture, winemaking and daily business of the company. They maintain a strong respect for the environment, ensuring that no chemical fertilizater is used.
Some of their vines are more than 70 years old and bring forth a depth that young vines just can’t deliver.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red colour, with an edge of pomegranate. Soft scent of prune, fruits of the forest with a note of mint. Elegant with a good tannins, soft and silky, balanced with fresh acidity with an intriguing scent of balsamic.
