Cantina del Pino is a small family- managed winery with all its vineyards located in the Barbaresco appellation. The family is totally involved in the viticulture, winemaking and daily business of the company. They maintain a strong respect for the environment, ensuring that no chemical fertilizater is used.
Some of their vines are more than 70 years old and bring forth a depth that young vines just can’t deliver.
Tasting Notes:
A delicate perfume reminiscent of dark cherry and black pepper with a hint of fine cigar smoke.
Elegant and fully ripe it has a wonderful structure and balance.
