Our classic Foie gras escallops are perfectly portioned for one person, allowing you to savour the flavour without over indulging.

Sliced about 2 to 3 cm thick and weighing approximately 70g per portion, each slice is cut from non-deveined duck foie gras and flash frozen to maintain freshness and flavour.

A slightly salty taste at the beginning, which reveals a balance of spices and aromatic herbs, with a slight bitterness towards the end, which is very characteristic of an excellent goose foie gras.

Guaranteed GMO-free, antibiotic-free, reduced nitrite salt content.

Serving suggestions:

250g ideal for 4 to 5 people.
500g ideal for 8 to 10 people.

Remove from the fridge ten minutes before serving.

Dip a knife in very hot water before cutting each slice of foie gras.

Unopened, can be stored for 28 days in the refrigerator (between 0 and +4°C).
